Return Policy

1. Returns

Due to the nature of fragrance and personal care products, we accept returns only under specific conditions:

Eligible Return Criteria:

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

  • Return requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Opened or used perfumes

  • Personalized or bundled products

  • Gift cards

  • Sale or clearance items


2. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged item sent).


3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

We’ll gladly replace the item or offer a full refund.

To request a replacement or refund, please provide:

  • Clear photos of the damaged product and packaging

  • Order number and full name

4. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order separately.


5. Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it by contacting us at hello@mystco.co.uk Once the order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.


6. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

Please note: If the item was on sale at the time of purchase, it is considered final sale and will not be shipped or eligible for return.

8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  • First, check your bank account or credit card statement.

  • Then contact your bank or card company it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.

  • If you've done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, contact us at hello@mystco.co.uk
